Consume zinger root capsule regularly after taking dinner. It helps to absorb acid from the stomach.
Mix 15 grams of dried peppermint with two cups of water. This is an effective treatment for acid reflux.
Consume little amount of chilled milk and water in each two to three hours gap. This will reduce the burning sensation in stomach.
Apple cider vinegar is one of the best remedy for acid reflux. Take apple cider vinegar and add little amount of honey on it, and then drink this solution once in a day.
Lemons, almonds and vanilla ice cream are helps to reduce heart burn.
Avoid spicy foods, onion, tomato sauce, garlic, chocolates, because they are the main factors of acid reflux.
You should avoid orange juice in empty stomach, because it may harmful for you.
Avoid smoking and drinking. It causes acid reflux.
Take cumin seeds water regularly. It stops the formation of gas in the stomach.
