What is an Acne Scar?

Acne scars are one of the most common skin disarrays. It is mostly seen among the people between 12-24 years of age and it causes a great problem for those people who are most concerned about their physical appearance. Acne and Acne Scars skin disorders can be treated in natural process. In this condition the sebaceous gland and hair follicles appears largely on the face, neck, shoulders and chest. It also causes due to hormonal disorder during teen age time. So teenagers are actually suffers a lot due to acne. Acne scars mostly affected face such as forehead, cheeks, chins and temples. It is characterized by the appearance of blackheads and pimples.

Apart from these the other causes are due to excessive consumption of certain foods like starch, sugar, fatty foods, tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and many more.

Here are present some of the common home remedy or treatment for acne and acne scar.

Eat healthy diet and avoid excessive starch, sugar and fatty foods. It will effective for you.

It is very much beneficial for taking garlic and rubbing it on the affected area.

Another effective and simplest way is apply a tea spoon of coriander juice mixed with a pinch of turmeric powder.

Sun and Air bath is effective for skin.

Cucumber, orange peels, lemon peels face pack are good for skin. It is a best remedy for Acne Scar.

Try to avoid tea, coffee, fried food, pickles, condiments, candies, ice creams, soft drinks etc.

Mix one tsp of ground nut with one tsp of honey and apply it on the affected area. Keep it for 20 minutes and then rinse it with cold water. Do it twice in a week, it will show improvement.

Another best way to reduce skin disorders naturally is through diet and exercise. Proper exercise such as walking, cycling or swimming should be added advantage.

Another important way of acne cure is add honey to a cup of hot buttermilk and apply on your face or other affected area. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash with warm water that works best on acne.

Try to wash your face daily twice or thrice a day by gentle or mild soaps and while going outside use oil free sunscreen lotion. It is a best prevention for Acne Scar.
