Conjunctivitis is an eye related disease which occurs due to some viral or bacterial infection. It is otherwise called as pink eyes. It is not so harmful but it can easily spreads from one person to another.
If a person is suffering from conjunctivitis then the eyes gets red and watery. The bacterial conjunctivitis can be treated by applying some antibacterial ointments on the infected area where as the viral conjuntivitis need only warm compresses. Do not use any cosmetic or beauty products on your face while you are suffering from conjunctivitis. Always keep your hands clean.
