Generally the layers of fats are deposited in the hips, thigh, arms and abdomen region of the body. For reducing fats you have to change your diet and you need to do some exercises. Consume small amount of fruits and leafy vegetables because they contains carbohydrates and fibers. Avoid tea and coffee. Consume plenty of water everyday. Avoid fat rich foods, oily and fried foods. Exercises like walking, jogging, skipping and swimming are best for reducing fats. Lemon, oranges and grapes are also help to reduce fats from our body.
