In swelling of ankles you can go for some homeopathy medication. If you are feeling soreness over your ankles then take Arnica 30. Consume five pills twice a day for a week. Also you can take 5 pills Rhustox 30 daily for 10 days. It will help to reduce pain and swelling. If there is lack of sensation in the ankles then you can take ledum pal 30 and you will get immediate relief.
