White patches are one of the skin related disease. It is otherwise called as "Leukoderma" or "Vitiligo". Vitiligo is a special type of skin cell that present in the inner part of the skin. If it gets damaged then white patches are appeared on the different part of the body. The main cause of white patches is the genetic factor. It can be affects to both male and female. White patches are mostly visible in dark skin tone. The affected are getsburn when direct contact with sun light. To get rid from white patches it is best to take walnuts and figs regularly. Avoid citrus food and keep your mind out of stress.
