What is Belching?
Belching is a process of discharge gases from the stomach. It is otherwise called Burping and commonly found in adults as well as small children. A typical sound and bad odor can be release from the digestive system through mouth. It creates an embarrassing situation for a person. Generally, an extra gas will run away from the stomach, pass through the esophagus and come out the mouth. Belching or bumping also form as a habit of many people. Overeating, fasting, fatness, pregnancy, stomach acid deficiency, Food fanaticism, Hernias, Emotional pressure or stimulation are the other causes of belching. Apart from that consumption of carbonated drinks such as soft drinks, champagne, beer may causes burping.

Try to avoid chewing gum and other carbonated drinks.
Take soup half an hour before meal. It will help in digestion.
Drink water with two to three drops of mint essence every day for 15 days. Mint helps to digest food in the human intestines. It is a best remedy for Belching.
