Grid one potato and add a cup of water in it. Immerse it in the whole night then filter it in the very next morning. Drink that liquid at a time before having breakfast. It is the best home remedy for bursitis.
Consume the food which contains magnesium like leafy vegetables. Also take calcium and vitamin B12 because it helps to reduce the irritation or swelling.
Take the solution made by water, apple cider vinegar and honey. This one is simple home treatment for bursitis.
Another effective treatment for bursitis is mix one table spoon of cayenne pepper with a cup of apple cider vinegar. Boil it for 15 minutes. Then apply this liquid by using a piece of cloth on the affected area.
Rub warm olive oil on the affected area everyday. This will stop the reappearance of bursitis.
Sea water is also best to cure bursitis. Drink it daily. This is one of the natural home remedy for bursitis.
