Drink plenty of water before, during and after walk. It helps in proper perspiration.
Talcum powder is useful for remedy for chafing, because it keeps you dry for walk throughout hot days. You can also use corn starch or potato starch for keep you dry.
Consume well diet with different types of vitamins such as vitamin A and C, which is very important for you.
Take the diet by including carrot, spinach, animal fats, egg yolk which helps to increase vitamin A. This is one of the best treatments of chafing condition.
Wash the affected area with soap and lukewarm water. Then cover by band aid and apply antibiotic or antiseptic cream. The pain and irritation will be reducing.
