Home Remedies for Corns

Corns are such a condition in which the skin of the toes gets thickening. Generally it can be developing in the certain part of the body such as upper surface of the toes or between the toes or at the sole of the foot. It is usually small in size and very painful while walking. According to the type of the skin the color of the corn get change. Sometimes swelling or irritation takes place around the affected area.

Symptoms of Corns

Corns are generally look like a pyramid shaped with the top pointing inwards appears over the toes and sole of the feet. They are very sensitive when contact with anything and very difficult to walk. These are different symptoms of corns.

Causes of Corns

Corns are commonly causes due to increased pressure on the toes and skin by wearing incorrect footwear, bend of toes, stress in particular portion and walking style.

Home Remedies for Corns

The different essential home remedies for corns are as follows.

Crush three to four liquorices sticks and then mix half tea spoon of sesame oil or mustard oil. Apply this mixture on the affected area before going to bed. It is a simple home remedy for corns.

Clean the area affected by corn and then applies mild talcum powder. It is very effective treatment for soft corns.

Tie one slice of lemon over the affected area and keep it through out the night. It helps to reduce the pain.

Take a small piece of chalk and make a paste with water. Then apply the paste over the affected area. It is very effective and beneficial remedy for corns.

Take half tea spoon of green figs juice on the affected area three times a day. It will take long time to cure but it is also a beneficial for corns.

One of the best remedy for corn is apply half tea spoon of papaya juice over the affected skin of foot for three to four times a day.

Apply the herb of Indian squill over the corn then cover with a bandage and keep for whole night. This is one of the useful treatments for removing corns and will give you better relief.

Avoid wearing uncomfortable shoes or other foot wears. It is very essential for those people who affected in corns.


 

Corn Remedy

Tea tree oil and apple cider vinegar work well for corn removal. After taking bath, soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and place it over the affected area for some time till corns are supple. Then, steep the area with tea tree oil and leave it for dry. In this way you can get rid from corn within few days.

Remedy for Soft Corns

Application of castor oil over the corn affected area work good for removing corn. Apply this at least three times a day. Also you can soak your feet in warm salt water and then rub corn by using a pumice stone in night. This one is very effective remedy for corn removal.

Cure with Pineapple

Take a slice of pineapple and tie it to the affected area throughout the night. Continue this process for few days and you will get relief soon.

Home Remedy for Corn

Prepare a paste by taking same amount of washing soda and lime with water. Apply this paste on the corn area every night before going to sleep. Do this process for 4 to 5 days. Gradually the corn affected area dries and you will feel better within few days.
