Enema Home Remedies

What is Enema?

Enema is one of the easiest processes of getting your colon cleaned and it would help you to remove your entire stomach problem. It is a process where liquid is put into the rectum and colon via the anus to remove the toxins. It is otherwise called as lower gastrointestinal series. It also washes the parapet of the intestines and removes the nasty metals that can build up here. It is also very helpful to our body because due to presence of enema there is development of good bacteria which prohibit the reproduction of parasites and bacteria. Also the digestive system is working smoothly without any kind of problem. Enemas will reduce headaches and other familiar medical problems like blood pressure, lack of concentration, indigestion, colds etc.

Need for Enema Treatment

The movement of bowel in our body is very important. Sometimes it is very difficult to remove the junk food from the colon. It may cause many problems. Due to the presence of enema it helps to detoxify the body. One of the advantages of having this treatment is that you are relived from your constipation problem within less time. Otherwise enema treatment is very less expensive. Enemas are very useful for health as well as for pleasurable reason.

Types of Enemas Treatment

Barium Enema: The barium enema is generally used in medicals and clinics for X-ray test of the large intestine. This test helps to identify the diseases and some health problem related to large intestine.

Coffee Enema: The coffee enema reduces headaches and also helps in detoxification of the liver.

Milk Enema: The ingredients use for making milk enema is 1½ quart of warm water and 16 oz of warm milk with 1 tsp of olive oil. Then Pour the warm milk, olive oil and warm water in the enema bag. You can also add 1 tsp of honey.

Salt water Enema: In salt water enema, it reduces the transfer of water into and out of the colon because the presence of salt.

Lemon juice Enema: 1/3 cup of lemon juice per quart is very useful for refining your colon.

Salt and Soda Enema: For clearing the toxin present in your colon this type of enema works better. For making the solution you would need 1 tsp sea salt and 1tsp baking soda with 2 quarts of water. This one is a best treatment for Enema.


 

Enema Cure with Green Tea

Green tea is really beneficial for enema cure. Take 1 lit of water and put 3 to 4 table spoon of green tea leaves. Now boil it for sometime and let it be cool. Then, have it at least twice a day. Try it!!

Remedy for Enema

Add 2 spoons of flax seeds and 2 spoons of silver birch leaves in a glass of 500ml water. Keep it for 10 to 12 hours. In the next morning extract the water and again boil it with 500ml water. Now mix the extract water and boiling solution. Put the solution in the enema bag and lay down in a side. Keep the reservoir about 50cm higher than the nozzle level and allow the solution little by little enter your colon. Go to toilet and push out the enema. Do this process once in six months to cure enema. This will help to improve your immune system.
