What is Urinary Tract Infection?  

Urinary Tract Infection is very common problem faced by women. The term Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) referred as a bladder infection or cystitis. Cystitis means irritation of the urinary bladder. Urinary Tract Infection is causes by bacteria of the urinary tract that consist of Kidney, Bladder, or Urethra. If it is not controlled in earlier stages then this can be very painful in your whole life. In some cases, t he reappearance of cystitis may be related with kidney troubles. Anyone can infect in this disease but women are more sufferer than others because t hey have a shorter urethra than men, and their urethral opening is hazardously close to the vagina and the bacteria-loving anus, where E. coli and other bacteria normally interact without causing harm. Children also faced this problem but very less in comparison to adults. The UTI causes in Men due to a bladder stone, an enlarge prostate, or a sexually spread disease called as gonorrhea.

Symptoms of Urinary Tract Infection

A very common symptom seen in UTI patients is repeated urge to urinate and face through this condition- is the constant urge to urinate. It is very painful as well as it leaves a burning sensation on passing urine. At that time urine become thick, shady and stringy. It may have a bad smell. Sometimes it symptoms is related to blood that is seen in your urine and also for kidney infection you may suffer from fever. You have feelings of regular backache and pain below your ribs.

Causes of Urinary Tract Infection

It is mainly infected by bacteria from the digestive region holds on to the opening of urethra. Another cause of Urinary Track Infection is Sexual interaction. Because during intercourse the bacteria present in the vaginal region is pushed inside the urethra by the movement of the penis. Having sexual relation with different person may causes the UTI. Keeping urine for long time and holding back the urge to urinate is also a reason for UTI.

Home remedies for Urinary Tract Infection

Follow some of the home remedies that prevent you from UTI disorder.

Baking Soda: A mixture of 1 tsp baking soda with a glass of water can be very helpful for early stage in treating Urinary Tract Infection.

Water: It is very important for you to drink a plenty of water to have a good flow of urine. About eight ounce glasses a day and remembers you should urinate in every four to five hours gap. This one is a good remedy for UTI.

Cranberry juice: From many experiment it is found that Cranberry juice may help you to avoid infection causing bacteria from bedding down in your bladder. Try to drink at least 2 to 4 glasses of cranberry juice a day and if you can not have it directly then you can mix apple juice with it for add better test. This is one of the best home remedy for Urinary Tract Infection.

Aromatherapy: Another home remedy for UTI is Aromatherapy.You just make oil by mixing equal amount of ingredients such as sandalwood, bergamot, tea tree, frankincense and juniper and massage over your bladder area. By continuing for 3 to 4 days you get relief.
